2. Input error of workpiece size and other related dimensions and initial positioning error of workpiece. 

3. The workpiece coordinate system of the CNC lathe is set wrong, or the zero point of the machine tool is reset and changes during the machining process, and the machine tool conflict often occurs in the process of the rapid movement of the machine tool, and the harm of the conflict is the greatest and must be prevented.
