How to correct the accuracy of the guideway of NC milling machine? 

When using CNC milling machine, users will encounter the problem of unstable precision of guideway. 

At this time, they need to repair the guide rail of the CNC milling machine in time. 

In the process of maintenance, we need to pay attention to three major problems, so as not to cause damage to the guideway, resulting in the normal operation of the CNC milling machine. 

So, how to correct the unstable accuracy of the guideway of the NC milling machine? 

First of all, the mechanical strength of the repair layer itself and the actual working environment of the guide rail are considered. 

For CNC milling machines with different standards, different performances and different operating environments, appropriate welding and pasting data, advanced correction methods and new processes should be selected during maintenance. 

Second, it is necessary to consider whether the selected correction process has any effect on the accuracy and mechanical properties of the guideway. 

If affected by temperature, it will not cause the deformation of the guide rail, will it change the mechanical strength and external hardness of the guide rail and so on. 

Third, the adaptability of the selected correction process to the guideway data should be considered. 

For example, cast iron data of the guide generally do not need cast iron surfacing. 

Due to the poor weldability of cast iron, it is easy to produce cracks, pores and other defects, so it is not suitable for processing.
